This site is being constructed in hopes to expand the biker world.
To help those who dont know, understand what we're about.
To create another place for fellow bikers to share photo's, and 
  communicate.
At the moment, the site has no particular direction, but should 
  play out as time goes on.

Need account control panel.
Owner needs to be able to delete clip they uploaded.
Owner needs to be able to delete pics they uploaded.
Re-design uploads page.
Owner should be able to edit text that shows up when you click on 
  album name.
Ability to view all pics, by upload date.
Display last updated.
Option to be notified when a new clip is in.
Remove pics if filesize is 0.
